Rebloom Retreats – Terms of Service & Health Waiver

Effective Date: Feb 1, 2026

By booking or participating in any Rebloom Retreats experience, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • By booking, you confirm you can safely participate in the activities.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure your spot.
  • Prices are in CAD and may include applicable taxes.
  • Rebloom Retreats may update prices, but confirmed bookings are not affected.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds vary by event. Please review our Refund Policy before booking.
  • Rebloom Retreats may cancel or reschedule events; in that case, a full refund of the event fee will be provided.
  • Rebloom Retreats is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

4. Health & Participation Waiver

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • Some activities carry inherent risks, including physical or wellness treatments.
  • You release Rebloom Retreats, its staff, facilitators, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, or other harm, except where prohibited by law.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions before attending.

5. Indemnification

  • You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Rebloom Retreats, its trainers, directors, staff, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from injury, accident, malpractice, or mishap occurring during your participation in any event or retreat, whether on-site or off-site.

6. Travel & Insurance Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any visas necessary for your destination are organized and arranged by you.
  • All clients attending Rebloom Retreats must have travel insurance covering personal accident, injury, unforeseen cancellations, illness, and typical risks associated with travel and retreat activities.
  • You are responsible for arranging appropriate travel and health insurance. Rebloom Retreats is not engaged in providing insurance products and cannot be held accountable if your failure to secure suitable coverage leaves you vulnerable, medically, financially, or otherwise.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must behave respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, images, logos) is owned by Rebloom Retreats and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Rebloom Retreats is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to participation.

10. Privacy

  • By booking, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding personal information.

11. Updates to Terms

  • These Terms may change at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
