At Rebloom Retreats, we curate experiences designed to support your well-being, connection, and reflection. Due to the nature of our events and retreats, our refund policies vary depending on the type of experience. Please read carefully before booking.
1. Non-Refundable Events
Certain experiences, including single-session events, are non-refundable. Due to commitments with our partner venues and vendors, full payment is required at the time of booking and refunds or rescheduling are not available. If you are unable to attend, bookings may be transferred to another person.
2. Retreats & Multi-Day Experiences
For retreats and other multi-day experiences, refund eligibility may vary. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking. Please review the details carefully:
- Some retreats may allow partial refunds if canceled within a certain period.
- Refunds are not available for last-minute cancellations.
- Rebloom Retreats reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on event arrangements and timing.
- Any approved refunds will have applicable payment processing fees deducted from the total refund amount.
3. Event Cancellation by Rebloom Retreats
If Rebloom Retreats cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Rebloom Retreats is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred outside of the event ticket.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Include your booking reference and event details. Rebloom Retreats will review your request and respond promptly with eligibility and next steps.
